RETURN POLICY

Treestore Will Allow, Accept and Enable The Return Of Product For Exchange. Provided If Our Products/ Items are In Pristine Condition. 


Return Product Items Must Be:

  • New / Unopened
  • Free Of Damage
  • Labels Still Attached
  • Unused Condition

Other Criteria Includes:

  • Non-Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Product Are Found To Possess Defect
  • Manufacturing Defects

Excluded Items:

  • Personalized Products
  • Personal Protective Equipment
  • Made To Order
  • Clearance Product/ Items
  • Gift Cards

Return Product Requirements For Local/Overseas Customer:

  • Fulfill All The Return Product Requirements Stated In The Policy

Steps to Return Product/ Items For Local/Overseas Customer:

  • Complete the Return Form With Your Order Detail And Product Picture As Soon As Possible
  • E-mail The Completed Return Form To info@treestore.io 
  • Once Return Form Is Approved, Proceed To Deliver Your Product/ Item To:

  • Delivery/ Shipping Fee Is Not Covered By Us, You Will Be Responsible For The Delivery/ Shipping Fee 
  • Exchange Of Returned Product/ Items Will Be Done Once Product/ Item Arrived All Within 14 Days Of Purchased. 

Revision Of Return Policy And Form:

  • From Time To Time We Will Revise Our Return Policy. Please Ensure That You Are Kept Up To Date On Or Return Policy.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Notification 

  • No Orders May Be Cancelled Or Modified Without The Prior Written Consent To Treestore
  • Consumers Are Required To Submit An Email: info@treestore.io To Notify Our Customer Service Agent On The Cancellation Of Your Purchase.
  • ALL Cancellation Must Be Approved By Treestore
  • Refunds Will Be Made Once We Accept The Cancellation Order.
  • Treestore Will Not Accept Any Cancellation Order Request Once Order Has Been Executed And Dispatched Out Of The Warehouse.
